We’re very proud to announce that Axon Point has earned the Good Business Charter accreditation. This recognition is for our straightforward commitment to doing business responsibly across ten key areas like fair pay, employee welfare, and sustainability.

Understanding the Good Business Charter
The Charter is an accreditation for UK companies who are serious about responsible practices. It covers essential aspects like paying fair wages, ensuring employee well-being, ethical business operations, and environmental care. The GBC’s founder Julian Richer also happened to inspire our own founder and Managing Director’s entrepreneurial journey!
How We Meet the Charter Standards

Fair Pay and Employee Welfare
Supportive Workplace: Regular reviews and genuine support for health and career growth are standard for us.
Real Living Wage: We pay everyone at least the real living wage because fair pay is just that—fair.
We actively support an inclusive and diverse workforce. We also operate a zero-tolerance approach to harrassment or victimisation and all colleagues and employees have access to 3rd party, independent HR support via the FSB and our HR partner, Instinct HR.
Diversity and Environmental Responsibility
Green Practices: We’re serious about reducing our environmental footprint, incorporating sustainability into our daily work.
Inclusion: Everyone gets a fair shot here. We make sure our team reflects the diverse community we serve.

Transparency and Integrity
Ethical Sourcing: Where possible, we only chose to work with suppliers and partners that share our values and meet the same standards we deliver to our customers. We pay our suppliers on time and demand ethical practices across our supply chain.
Straight Talk on Taxes: We pay what we owe, provide clear information to HMRC, and solve issues transparently.
Customer Commitment: You can see what we promise to our customers directly on our website. We listen, learn, and adjust based on what you tell us.
Sharing Our Charter Values
We’re open about our practices because we believe transparency leads to trust. You can find out about our commitments through our website and in our regular newsletter updates.
